Hi Sherman,
checked your TECP account and you’ve added a number as your Traffic-Splash RefID. But TS doesn’t use numbers, your TS username is also your TS RefID.
So please visit the TECP Traffic Exchanges page ( http://www.tecommandpost.com/tecp_te_select.php ) and add the correct TS referral id. Maybe check your other IDs as well again just to be sure. Then give it another try and everything should be fine.

We don’t have any widespread bugs we know of. If you contact us via our support desk at TECP (or any of our progs) so we can talk I’m sure we can get you going.
We hadn’t anticipated people would use the blog for support questions – my bad! seems kinda obvious it would happen in hindsight – so we’ve now added a Help link on this blog too which you might find useful.
For anyone reading this who doesn’t get it working first time my recommendation is:
1. Try sync’ing again. It definitely works 🙂
